ABOUT THE ROLE

The SAC Administrator is part of the Country Western Canada Finance Team. Responsible for developing dashboards, visualizations, and supporting the planning process within SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud). Works closely with the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Safety: Communicate, improve, and adhere to safety policies in all environments.
  • Design, build, and maintain: Support automation and reporting for FP&A. Develop understanding of KPIs and key metrics to create and validate reports.
  • Subject matter expert: Liaise with North America BI / Data / Analytics team on report developments and upgrades.
  • Local End user Support: Support finance team with training, development, and maintenance of reports and workbooks based on SAC data models.
  • Report Maintenance: Support detailed analysis and report requests, including operational performance, forecasts, and mid-term plans.
  • Dashboard development: Ensure reports are accurate, performant, and scalable for optimal end-user experience.
  • Financial Data / Reporting: Understand basic financial statements and develop reports to support FP&A.
  • Tool Conversion: Support conversion of BPC reports into SAC reports with similar functionality.
  • Promote safety and environmental policies, fostering a safety culture.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education: Undergraduate degree, preferably in Technology, Analytics, Data, or Finance / Accounting. Completion of a professional accounting program (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA) is preferred.

Experience & Certifications: 5-7 years of professional experience, with certifications in SAP Analytics Cloud, BPC, or related tools. Advanced MS Office skills.

  • Strong reporting, data analysis, and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of SAC web client functions and Excel integration.
  • Experience with BPC support projects and BI training.
  • Adherence to safety protocols, including PPE usage and fit testing.
