Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation II at our Taber, AB plant. This full-time, hourly role supports a safe, clean food manufacturing environment by performing sanitation and cleaning activities throughout the facility; proper PPE and safe chemical handling are required.

You will work a rotating 12-hour schedule (7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.), including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Safety and food safety knowledge for manufacturing environments.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, manual sanitation role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes and follow procedures.
• Retail manufacturing experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote safe work practices at all times.
• Perform sanitation duties in assigned areas using cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Complete plant cleanup sanitation activities at start and end of production runs.
• Complete required company training programs.
