Position Summary

We are seeking an overnight Sanitation Associate who is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and food-safe production environment. This role ensures all equipment and areas are cleaned to standard, supports daily operations through effective sanitation practices, and contributes to a safe and respectful workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody and promote company’s core values (Integrity, Growth and Resilience).
  • Clean floors, drains, mixers, portioners, and packaging lines daily
  • Rinse, foam, scrub, and sanitize all product-contact surfaces in the mixing room
  • Sweep and wash floors throughout the shift to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination
  • Complete daily wipe-downs of packaging and shipping/receiving areas
  • Remove garbage and recycling promptly to support workflow and cleanliness
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas at all times
  • Follow all HACCP and sanitation procedures consistently and accurately
  • Maintain cleaning tools and ensure sanitation supplies are stocked and stored properly
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
  • Report hazards, near misses, and incidents immediately
  • Support and contribute to a zero-incident safety culture
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Work collaboratively across departments to support production needs
  • Arrive on time and ready to work each shift
  • Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve sanitation processes and efficiency
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must be fit tested for respirator.
  • Reliable attendance is critical.
  • Must be able to follow SOPs, GMPs, and complete forms accurately.
  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and active listening.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and statutory holidays, to support production demands.
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods, working in varying temperatures and humidity levels, and lifting (up to 25kgs), pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements.
