Qualifications

About the Role

The CrowdStrike sandbox team is reimagining our public facing web site hybrid-analysis.com. The site is part of CrowdStrike’s thought leadership in cybersecurity. We are moving to a new stack with Vue.js, and experience with React or Angular is welcome. You’ll help push the boundaries of the web as a platform, while delivering a rich, intuitive malware hunting user interface. You’ll collaborate with our community and see the apps and visualizations you build used to hunt for hackers and protect systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and testers to deliver quality software that solves problems.
  • Develop thick-client frontend applications, with strong emphasis on JavaScript; experience with Vue.js is preferred, and experience with React or Angular is acceptable.
  • Work with frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap or Materialize.
  • Implement unit testing (Vue Test Utils, Jest, Vitest), component testing, and end-to-end testing (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, WebdriverIO).
  • Develop accessible interfaces with strong HTML & CSS skills and scalable / modular CSS using preprocessors like SCSS or LESS.
  • Familiarity with client-side build tools (Webpack, Grunt, Gulp) and Git workflows.
What You\'ll Need
  • A desire to collaborate closely with stakeholders, users, and testers to deliver quality software.
  • A deep understanding of JavaScript and experience building thick-client applications; Vue.js experience preferred, React or Angular acceptable.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap or Materialize.
  • Experience with unit testing (Vue Test Utils / Jest / Vitest) and end-to-end testing (Selenium / Playwright / WebdriverIO).
  • Functional knowledge and interest in accessible interfaces.
  • Strong HTML & CSS skills, interest in UI design and scalable CSS, with experience in SCSS or LESS.
  • Familiarity with client-side build processes and tools (Webpack, Grunt, Gulp).
  • Comfortable with Git / version control workflows.

  • Experience creating or contributing to open source projects.
  • Experience with graphics & visualization tools.
