Job description

Dynamic Disposal is looking for an experienced sandblaster/painter in its Gull Lake division. This individual will be working on in house equipment. We are looking for a versatile individual who is able to work with little to no supervision.

Pay is $40.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth or reshape surfaces
• Load appropriate abrasive materials
• Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure they meet quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Paint equipment

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate surface conditions accurately
• Knowledge of sandblasting techniques, abrasive materials, and equipment operation
• Good communication skills and teamwork capacity
• Valid drivers license
