Job summary

SalonCentric in Kelowna is seeking a part-time Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product information, and support sales goals. Weekend availability is required to help drive in-store traffic and maintain a high-energy store environment.

The role demands strong English communication, a proactive team player attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting while ensuring accurate POS transactions and effective product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Industry experience is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross sell products
• Handle returns of merchandise.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Comply with inventory control procedures
