Customer Service Representative

Salon Centric is the premier national distributor of salon professional products in the U.S., created by L'Oréal USA in 2008. We have 585 SalonCentric stores and 260 StateǀRDA stores across the US. We are expanding into Canada, with our first presence in Ontario (2023), British Columbia (2024), and Quebec (2025).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing customer orders using SAGE software
  • Answering inbound calls professionally, clearly, and courteously
  • Resolving customer inquiries regarding products, shipments, pricing, promotions, and returns
  • Engaging with clients to resolve issues amicably
  • Supporting sales representatives to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • At least 2 years of customer service and data entry experience in an office setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
  • Quick learner with high product knowledge retention
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

Position Details:

  • Full-Time Contract
  • Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Eastern)
