SalonCentric Canada - Customer Service Representative - Contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing customer orders using SAGE software
  • Answering inbound calls professionally and courteously
  • Resolving customer inquiries related to products, shipments, pricing, promotions, and returns
  • Engaging with clients to resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting sales representatives to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • At least 2 years of customer service and data entry experience in an office setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player mentality

Position Details

Full-Time Contract
Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Eastern Time)
