WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage all salon operations, providing leadership and tools for success.
• Lead by example to help staff increase clientele and business, focusing on profitability and teaching the ins and outs of the business.
• Perform all hair care services offered by Magicuts, ensuring high quality for every guest.
• Act as a coach and mentor to promote a positive work environment.
• Handle hiring, recruiting, training, conflicts, and client complaints professionally.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS

• Lead by example, with excellent customer service skills and professionalism in challenge resolution.
• Ability to develop others, create a positive environment, and focus on the salon's bottom line.
• Hold a current cosmetology or barber license as per provincial regulations.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech-savvy with administrative skills, including closing out the system daily.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and basic math.
• Available for mandatory meetings and training, including overnight travel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Good eyesight for observing hair and color matching.
• Comfortable standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, and repetitive movements.
• Able to work with chemicals and fragrances used in treatments.
