Great Clips is looking for a GREAT Salon Manager to lead an amazing team of top cutting specialists in Oshawa! We are one of the largest franchisees in the country. You will lead a growing, fast-paced, fun atmosphere, family-oriented business that's passionate about quality & excellent customer service. Follow your passion by leading from behind the chair, as you provide excellent quality haircuts to customers every day. Earning expectation is $65,000 to $75,000 per year, including tips.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
