Job summary

Great Clips Calgary is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead a team of stylists while continuing to cut hair. You’ll help with daily operations, staff training, and delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced salon environment.

You’ll pursue leadership growth through on-the-job coaching and Great Clips University, with a strong focus on teamwork, reliability, and guest satisfaction in a busy local salon.

Qualifications

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province).
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service.
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude.
• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly.
