WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage all salon operations and provide leadership and tools for success.
• Lead by example to help your staff increase their clientele and the business, focusing on profitability and teaching stylists the ins and outs of business.
• Perform all hair care services offered by Supercuts, ensuring the highest quality for each guest.
• Act as a coach and mentor to foster a positive work environment and bring out the best in employees.
• Handle hiring, recruiting, training, conflicts, and client complaints professionally.
• Lead by example, prioritize customer service, and resolve challenges professionally.
• Develop your team, create a positive environment, and focus on the salon’s bottom line.
• Hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by regulations.
• Have a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Be tech-savvy and capable of performing administrative tasks, including closing out the system.
• Read, write, and perform basic math.
• Be available for mandatory meetings and training, including overnight travel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Good eyesight for observing hair and color matching.
• Ability to stay active, stand, lift, and reach, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
• Comfort with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments.
