Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring a positive and professional client experience
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and proposal development to deal closure and post‑sale follow‑up
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue prospective clients through outbound outreach
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients
  • Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, marketing, operation) to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM systems
  • Monitor account performance, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments
  • Collect and relay client feedback to contribute to continuous product and service improvement
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including vendor setup, preparation of compliance documentation, and generation of internal reports
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support ongoing company growth and operational needs
  • Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations
  • Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations
  • Any other operation‑related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or college diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of B2B sales or account coordinator experience (preferably in the energy, electrical, or industrial sectors)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction
  • Experience with or interest in electrical systems, metering, or energy solutions is an asset
