Job description

We re looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical part in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives.

In this role, you will

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of CRM integration solutions, focusing on Salesforce and other CRM platforms as necessary.

  • Be responsible for and guide development staff, providing technical leadership and ensuring standard processes in coding and integration are followed.

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and customers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Develop and maintain integration architecture and documentation, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Integrate and leverage emerging AI capabilities to enhance CRM solutions, focusing on improving customer insights, personalization, and predictive analytics.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills) .

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.

  • Proficiency with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar middleware technologies.

  • Solid skills in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.

  • Expertise in data management, ETL processes, and data migration strategies.

  • Knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for implementing machine learning models.

  • Have good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Salesforce Certifications like Platform Developer I
