An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Delivery Lead for Originations to spearhead the transformation of core banking services. Reporting directly to the Technical Delivery Director for Core Banking, the Delivery Lead for Originations is a critical, hands on, multi-skilled senior leadership role.
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Core Banking Originations (Mortgages and other financial products) stream of work. As a result, we are looking for a forward-thinking candidate with proven approach to large, transformational delivery, including pipeline management/prioritisation, delegation, quality assurance/execution governance and imbedding of risk/security requirements.
This role is critical in shaping the future of banking for ING Australia with execution accountability for complex change under ING Australia’s largest transformation program. As such, you will work closely with a wide range of local and global stakeholders, help accelerate strategic outcomes whist ensuring executional certainty and adherence to transformation processes, methodologies and frameworks (i.e. Risk framework).
