Job summary

Alithya is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architecture Advisor to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across multi-org, multi-system deployments. You will own end-to-end architecture and guide development using LWC, Apex, and platform capabilities, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience in architecture or senior technical leadership roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (Triggers, Async, Batch, Queueable), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience architecting and delivering heavy integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, Platform Events and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Architect and lead development using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Design and oversee complex, high-volume integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including core banking platforms and data warehouses.
• Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
• Lead technical design sessions, produce architecture diagrams, and define integration patterns and data flows.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, PCI).

Your role, your impact

As a Salesforce Technical Architecture Advisor, LWC, Apex & Implementations, you’ll lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. You’ll support multi-org, multi-system, and global implementations, including high-availability and disaster-recovery considerations. Your deep hands‑on expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and complex integrations, along with your strong understanding of banking or financial services systems, security, and compliance will be key to your success.

Own the end‑to‑end technical architecture of Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions;

Architect and lead development using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform capabilities;

Design and oversee complex, high‑volume integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including core banking platforms, data warehouses, payment systems, and third‑party vendors;

Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, Platform Events, and middleware solutions;

Evaluate business and technical requirements to determine optimal integration approaches (API‑based, middleware, event‑driven, or hybrid);

Lead technical design sessions, produce architecture diagrams, and define integration patterns, data flows, and error‑handling strategies;

Ensure solutions meet banking security, compliance, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, PCI, data privacy);

Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams, including code reviews, performance tuning, and best‑practice enforcement;

Partner closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams.

Keys to your success

7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with significant time in architecture or senior technical leadership roles;

Strong hands‑on expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (Triggers, Async, Batch, Queueable), and SOQL/SOSL;

Proven experience architecting and delivering heavy integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, Platform Events and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica);

Extensive experience with data modelling, data governance, and large‑volume data processing;

Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models;

Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture, authentication, authorization, and integration security;

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA), Integration Architecture Designer and Platform DeveloperII;

Banking or Financial Services experience;

Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, CI/CD, DevOps, or deployment automation.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required , in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec .
