Job summary

Alithya in Montreal seeks a Salesforce Solution Architecture Advisor with deep FSC expertise to lead design and delivery for Wealth Management clients. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution, ensuring architectures meet advisor, client, and regulatory needs while enabling scalable enterprise integration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on solution architecture or functional leadership.
• Experience designing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud within financial services.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management processes, client structures, and onboarding lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and data access models in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the solution lead for Salesforce FSC implementations within wealth management environments.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Architect end-to-end FSC solutions for client and household management, AUM tracking, and advisor workflows.
• Design Salesforce solutions leveraging FSC data models and industry best practices.
• Define solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC, and related platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasible designs aligned with integration patterns.
• Ensure solutions meet wealth management regulatory, compliance, and data security requirements.
• Lead solution design workshops and guide configuration and development teams.
• Support data migration, reporting, and analytics requirements.

Your role, your impact

As a Salesforce Solution Architecture Advisor with deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), you'll lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions for Wealth Management organizations. In this role, you’ll bridge business strategy and technical execution, ensuring solutions align with advisor, client, and regulatory needs while supporting scalable and secure enterprise architectures .

Serve as the solution lead for Salesforce FSC implementations within wealth management environments;

Partner with business stakeholders, including advisors, operations, compliance, and leadership, to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions;

Architect end-to-end FSC solutions supporting client and household management, financial accounts & AUM tracking, advisor workflows and productivity, and onboarding, servicing, and relationship management;

Design Salesforce solutions leveraging FSC data models, standard objects, and industry best practices;

Define solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC, and related Salesforce platform capabilities;

Collaborate with technical architecture advisors and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with enterprise integration patterns;

Ensure solutions meet wealth management regulatory, compliance, and data security requirements;

Lead solution design workshops, produce functional solution designs, and guide configuration and development teams;

Support data migration, reporting, and analytics requirements for wealth management operations;

Provide thought leadership on Salesforce FSC roadmap, enhancements, and industry functionality .

Keys to your success

6+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on solution architecture or functional leadership;

Experience designing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud within financial services;

Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models;

Strong understanding of Wealth Management business processes, such as client and household structures, advisor servicing models, portfolio and relationship tracking, and client onboarding and lifecycle management;

Knowledge of Salesforce security and data access models in regulated environments;

Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional Salesforce designs;

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, or equivalent Salesforce certifications;

Direct experience supporting Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Private Banking organizations;

Experience with data integrations involving custodians, portfolio management systems, or reporting platforms and familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required , in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec .
