We are seeking a talented Salesforce Technical Architect to work in the cutting-edge space of AI, Einstein, and Salesforce.com. Your responsibilities will include bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by collaborating with customers to understand their business needs, designing, developing, QA, and launching solutions. You will help clients leverage NLP-powered bots and implement solutions across digital channels, partnering with stakeholders to utilize NeuraFlash technologies to create personalized customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports for data visibility.
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide insights on report and dashboard development to business users and technical teams.
• Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
• Establish best practices for dataflow, lenses, and dashboards.
• Set operations and refresh standards aligned with data strategy.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years on the Salesforce platform, especially within a technical application context.
• End-to-end project implementation experience, including integrations with SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD solutions, PaaS & IaaS platforms like Heroku, AWS, Azure.
• Hands-on development with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce.
• Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect).
