Job summary
Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead with deep FSC expertise to lead solution architecture and delivery for enterprise banking and insurance engagements.
You will own end-to-end technical design, hands-on implementation, and governance for scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business outcomes. You will coach a cross-functional squad of admins, developers, QA, and data specialists, drive integration patterns with MuleSoft, define security and DevOps practices, and
Qualifications
- Experience delivering FSC solutions for financial services.
- Hands-on Salesforce tech stack delivery and governance.
- Leadership of cross-functional squads (admins, developers, QA, BA, data).
Responsibilities
- Lead FSC target architecture: data model, security, and event-driven design.
- Define integration architecture (Mulesoft/API-led) with core banking systems.
- Govern data strategy, data quality, and retention policies.
- Own non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, observability, multi-geo, compliance.
- Lead hands-on configuration and code reviews: Apex, Flows, LWC, SOQL, External Services.
- Establish DevOps and packaging processes (Git, CI/CD, scratch orgs).
- Coach and mentor developers; conduct technical assessments.
