Job summary

CloudLabs Inc in Canada is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Tech Lead to guide the design, development and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce. You will lead a small team of developers and admins, own the technical quality of what we ship, and be the link between business stakeholders and the delivery team.

The role combines development, solution and integration design, team leadership and clear status reporting.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including time leading or mentoring a team.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, production-ready or strong PoC.
• Hands-on experience with Data Cloud: ingestion, modelling, identity resolution, segmentation.
• Strong Apex, SOQL, SOSL and LWC skills.
• Proven integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, and event-driven integration.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Design, build and deploy Agentforce agents for sales and service use cases.
• Implement Data Cloud data ingestion, models, identity resolution and segmentation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Develop and review code in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce; set coding standards.
• Mentor developers and admins; plan and assign sprint work.
• Configure Flows, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
• Work with stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide regular progress updates to client and management.
• Own testing, deployment and post-release support using CI/CD.
• Apply Salesforce best practices for security, scalability, performance.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Tech Lead to guide the design, development and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, based on business requirements
• Design, build and deploy Agentforce agents (topics,actions, prompts and Flow/Apex-backed actions)for sales and service use cases
• Design and implement Data Cloud solutions: data ingestion, data model objects, identity resolution, unified profiles and segments, and ground Agentforce agents on this data
• Design, build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events and middleware, with sound error handling and monitoring
• Develop and review code in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Aura and Visualforce, and set coding and review standards for the team
• Guide, mentor and review the work of developers and admins; plan and assign work within the sprint
• Configure and optimise Flows, validation rules,reports and dashboards
• Work with business users and stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable solutions
• Give regular, clear updateson progress, risksand dependencies to the clientand internal management
• Own testing, deployment and post-release support,using CI/CD and source-controlled releases
• Apply Salesforce best practices for security, scalability and performance
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including time leading or mentoring a team
• Strong experience with SalesCloud and ServiceCloud
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, delivered to production or in a serious proof of concept
• Hands-on experience with Data Cloud: data streams and ingestion, data modelling, identity resolution, calculated insights and segmentation, and activating data into Salesforce and Agentforce
• Strong Apex, SOQL, SOSL and LWC skills
• Proven integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, authentication (OAuth,Named Credentials), and integration patterns such as callouts, inbound APIs and event-driven integration
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, securityand sharing
• Experience workingin Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP (for example order, material, pricingor customer master data), via middleware or direct APIs
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (configuration, pricingand quote logic)
• Experience with middleware such as MuleSoft
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOpsand deployment tools(Git, CI/CD, Salesforce CLI)

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce PlatformDeveloper I and/or II
• At least one Consultant certification (Sales Cloud or ServiceCloud) is a plus
• Agentforce Specialist certification is a plus
• Data Cloud Consultant certification is a plus
• Integration Architect or MuleSoft certification is a plus
