• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years as a Technical Lead.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Integrations, and Salesforce Security.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Data Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX.
• Knowledge of Banking, Lending, Wealth Management, Insurance, KYC/Onboarding, or CRM transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce FSC solution architecture and technical delivery.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering excellence.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions for Banking, Insurance, and Wealth Management clients. The ideal candidate will drive solution architecture, integrations, security, DevOps, and technical governance while mentoring development teams and engaging directly with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce FSC solution architecture and technical delivery.
• Design scalable data models, security frameworks, and integration architectures.
• Develop and review solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, Platform Events, and APIs.
