As a member of RSM’s consulting team, you’ll work directly with key decision makers and company owners to gain a better understanding of the challenges they face. This experience also allows you to see firsthand the positive impact your efforts can have on the client's success.

The Solution Architect serves as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote projects, responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management. The Solution Architect works to understand requirements and enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet the requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and product.
2. Lead technical design sessions; create, estimate, and solution user stories; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives.
3. Deliver as an individual contributor, but also able to lead a team of Consultants, Developers, and/or Solution Architects.
4. Demonstrate Salesforce CPQ thought leadership and educate clients on Salesforce platform best practices and ensure adherence across the implementation team.
5. Provide Salesforce CPQ expertise during sales efforts to estimate the technical level of effort.
6. Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions.
7. Coach and mentor junior resources; own responsibility for ongoing configuration and development of resources on Salesforce projects.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of functional, hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience; 3+ years in leading Salesforce CPQ project implementations as a Solution Architect.
2. Translate business requirements into functional user stories and design scalable best practice solutions using Salesforce CPQ, along with the suite of Salesforce products and 3rd party applications.
3. Sound ability to provide level of effort estimates and coordinate prioritization efforts.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage task assignments and drive issues to resolution.
5. Hold, at minimum, the Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with: Advanced Approvals, Salesforce Communities, Salesforce Billing, Recommending CPQ solutions.
• Functional knowledge of 3rd Party Applications: Document generation (Conga, Drawloop), Contract Lifecycle Management (SpringCM), Electronic signatures (DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
• Proficiency in Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in training and documentation for end-users and admins.
• Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Developer I, Data Architecture, Sharing and Visibility, Deployment.

Salary range: $91,000 - $154,500, with potential bonuses based on performance.
