Senior Salesforce Architect with experience cloud

Contract

Required Qualifications:

10-15 years of IT experience with at least 10 years in Salesforce architecture and delivery.

Hands-on experience building and scaling customer-facing portals on Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Demonstrated success managing Salesforce operations, including monitoring, incident management, and release planning.

Proven leadership in managing technical teams, assigning work, mentoring staff, and performance management.

Expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows), security model, and data architecture.

Experience with CI/CD tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins and release governance frameworks.

Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant and Application/System Architect.

Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership presence with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and a bias for action.

Effective communicator capable of bridging technical and business perspectives.

Proven ability to foster team culture, collaboration, and accountability.
