Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Service Cloud practice. Reporting to the Service Cloud Practice Lead, you will bring Salesforce projects to life by understanding client needs, designing, developing, QA'ing, and deploying solutions. You will collaborate with a talented team, work with exciting clients, and partner with our AI team to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitate business process reviews to identify client requirements.
2. Translate requirements into Salesforce designs using best practices.
3. Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
4. Develop technical specifications for clients and delivery teams.
5. Incorporate UX best practices into solution delivery.
6. Manage project aspects and client communications.
7. Deliver end-user training and documentation.
8. Ensure successful project completion.
9. Lead enterprise-level projects with minimal oversight.
10. Engage in strategy discussions with customer service leadership.
11. Collaborate with AI team to create innovative solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical consulting and project management experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience.
• Deep Salesforce administration knowledge (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com).
• Expertise in designing Service Cloud solutions declaratively.
• Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics preferred.
• Ability to document requirements and understand technical solutions involving Apex, VisualForce, and Web Services.
• Experience leading Salesforce deployments, integrations, and custom development.
• Proficiency in SDLC management, code management, and project methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise Service Cloud projects from ground up.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of business process improvements via Salesforce.
• Strong customer relationship skills and team collaboration.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Platform Developer, App Builder); multiple certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
