We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Salesforce Delivery team in North America .

This is an exciting position where you’ll be driving customer engagements by determining process gaps and pain points, then rapidly designing and implementing best-in-class solutions across multiple industry verticals with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . Ultimately, as an Architect you will serve as the primary design owner and trusted SME for all related deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Support demand generation activities including providing subject matter expertise, thought leadership and sales cycle support
• Lead strategic road mapping, solution architecture, and delivery of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds to unify business processes firm wide.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and adoption of Salesforce solutions across sales, service, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
• Define and manage programs to drive Salesforce effectiveness and user adoption through training and change management.
• Establish integrations between Salesforce and Spaulding Ridge’s technology portfolio.
• Perform hands-on configuration of security, data models, processes, rules, and approval flows to meet business requirements.
• Define metrics and reports to measure process quality and user adoption to resolve issues.
• Identify expansion opportunities across existing client relationships
• Mentor and develop consulting teams on Sales and Service Cloud

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in enterprise Salesforce delivery and solution architecture
• Hands-on configuration and development skills on the Salesforce platform
• Possess a current Salesforce certification in one of the core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
• Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment
• Outstanding relationship management and strategic planning ability
• Strong functional/technical background in cloud platforms (Salesforce, managed services, digital transformation)
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
