Job description

Work on a contract basis with a global enterprise consulting company. This position allows for remote work from anywhere in Canada.

Responsibilities:

1. Successfully lead Salesforce project teams.
2. Serve as a CRM/Salesforce business analyst, liaising between business stakeholders, technical teams, and testing teams to ensure alignment.
3. Coordinate all activities required for solution delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, quality, communications, change, and resource management.
4. Analyze and document the benefits expected from CRM implementation.
5. Work closely with stakeholders to elicit and analyze requirements, identify gaps, develop designs, and implement Salesforce functionality as needed.
6. Manage the implementation of the new CRM/Salesforce system.
7. Oversee all procurement processes necessary to support the project.
8. Ensure the use of best practices and share lessons learned with the project management team.
9. Proactively manage client communications and expectations to ensure satisfaction in partnership with the development team.
10. Define and scope client requirements and deliverables.
11. Create and maintain detailed project plans.
12. Work within a PMO environment, adhering to established controls.
13. Support the establishment of managed services or support frameworks within the organization.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Salesforce Business Analyst experience.

Nice to Have:

• Additional Salesforce certifications or experience.
