Job summary

Tekgence Inc in Toronto, ON is seeking a Salesforce Production Support Analyst with hands-on Salesforce development, administration and production support, plus nCino expertise. This 12‑month assignment is offered on a hybrid schedule with 2–4 days in the office.

The role focuses on end-to-end production support, incident triage, deployments, and optimizing Salesforce integrations. A strong background in Apex, SOQL, REST APIs and data modeling is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration & Development experience.
• 2+ years of nCino Loan Management experience with knowledge of lending operations.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce REST APIs, integrations, and data connectors.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, security, reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience troubleshooting production incidents, integrations, and Salesforce customizations.
• Knowledge of SSL, SAML, and JWT certificates for system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production support, incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Support deployments, releases, hotfixes, and post-release validation.
• Administer Salesforce users, permissions, configurations, and environments.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications and integrations.
