What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead product intake, backlog prioritization, and strategy for the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with business groups to develop detailed requirements and high-level solution designs
- Manage integration across the platform and lead Agile ceremonies to meet project goals
- Document work using flow charts, written descriptions, and videos, ensuring clear communication of requirements
- Develop strong client relationships and coordinate the UAT and Go-Live process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience as a product owner in an enterprise Salesforce IT application development environment
- Strong background in Order to Cash processes, including Quoting, Contract Management, Orders, Provisioning, and Billing
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and experience with Agile software tools such as JIRA and Rally
- Ability to create and own user stories and business requirements documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Admin certification
- Certified Product Owner or Salesforce Business Analyst certification
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
