Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Toronto is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, implement and integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms within client projects. You will work with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure delivery of high quality, scalable cloud-based applications.

You will bring hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and experience across Marketing, Sales and Service Clouds, with

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email campaigns.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales and Services Cloud.
• Ability to define, create and manage custom objects, page layouts, validations, formulas, and workflows in Salesforce.
• Hands-on coding in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce.
• Experience in a multi-team Agile development environment.
• Nice to have knowledge of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with SVN, GitHub, JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dev, business, release management and operations teams.
• Finalize functional and non-functional requirements.
• Track SLA and project progress; provide technical support.

Responsibilities

• Ability to define, design, coding, and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Team player and working with dev, business, release management and operations team to development and implement Salesforce platform-based customized solutions
• Helping to finalize functional and non-functional requirement
• Tracking SLA/ project’s progress and provide technical help to the team
• Create design documents, development business functionality and provide support on end-to-end testing

Skills

• Experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing cloud for email campaign etc.
• Experience in Salesforce Sales and Services cloud
• Defining, creating and managing custom objects, creating page lay outs, page validations, formulas and workflow rules using Salesforce.com
• Hands-on experience on APEX, Lightning Web Components, SOQL / SOSL, Salesforce back-end and Visual force coding
• Experience working in a multi-team and Agile development environment
• Good to know Salesforce Financial service cloud
• Knowledge of Sub versionin g tools (SVN, GitHub), JIRA, Confluence, etc.
