Trackddb : Role - SFMC Functional Consultant - REMOTE

Reason for Opening : To manage and architect multiple projects, including implementations and mid-project support, for a large enterprise retail client.

Duration : Ongoing

40 hours a week

Must Have Skills : SFMC, HTML templates, automation within MC, setting up journeys, configuring APIs, troubleshooting

Roles and Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable solutions leveraging the functionality and best practices of the marketing automation system.
• Understand technical project details and implement processes accordingly.
• Promote best practice-driven solutions and integrated applications to reduce costs and improve adoption.
• Write solution documentation and specifications for scalable, adaptable enterprise solutions aligned with client needs and strategies.
• Support practice development initiatives and provide training.
• Collaborate with clients to shape marketing automation system design and strategy, defining and scoping projects to meet their needs.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external teams on Salesforce platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and research to share insights with clients.
• Motivate and guide the development team throughout projects.

Experience

• 4-6 years in marketing, technology, and/or consulting.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including familiarity with Connector, Journey Builder, Email, Mobile, and Social Studios.
• Proven success in translating business requirements into solution architecture and system design across marketing and sales systems.
• Experience building a Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform from the ground up is a plus.
• The client will ask for stories of successful projects.
