Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce FSC Developer in Toronto (Hybrid). You will design and implement scalable FSC solutions, leveraging Apex, LWC, JS and Flows, and driving FSC data models and integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders, applying best practices in CI/CD, Git, Copado, and SFDX, with 8+ years IT background and Banking/Finance exposure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce.
• 2+ years hands‑on with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong Banking/Financial Services domain exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable FSC solutions.
• Hands‑on with Apex, LWC, JS, SOQL/SOSL and Flows.
• Configure FSC data models: Individual/Household Accounts, Financial Accounts, Goals, Life Events.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or custom web services.
• Follow Salesforce coding, security and deployment best practices: CI/CD, Git, Copado, SFDX.
• Collaborate with BAs/POs and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

Salesforce FSC Developer

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, ON.

Experience: 8+ years overall IT experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce and 2+ years hands‑on with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Key Responsibilities / Skills:

• Design and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Flows.
• Configure and customize FSC data models, including Individual/Household Accounts, Financial Accounts, Goals and Life Events.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or custom web services.
• Follow Salesforce coding, security and deployment best practices, including CI/CD, Git, Copado and SFDX.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 100,000– $ 130,000 CAD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
