Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Salesforce Field Service Developer to design, implement and support Field Service solutions that optimize scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce operations. This role is fully remote and collaborates with global teams to deliver scalable, high-impact service tech.

You will influence life-changing research by integrating FSL with Oracle ERP, enhancing service workflows, and delivering best-in-class platforms for users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification.
• Computer Science or Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with FSL and Salesforce mobile platforms.
• At least 3 years working with Field Service Lightning.
• At least 5 years developing Webservice APIs and Lightning Web Component (LWC) development.
• Plus: Platform User Experience Designer Certification.
• Plus: Service Cloud experience.

The Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Salesforce Field Service solutions that enable efficient service delivery, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce operations. This role partners with business stakeholders, service operations, customer support, and commercial IT teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve technician productivity, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Commercial CRM and is part of the Global Commercial Operations and Enablement Team and will be fully remote.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and sustaining dependable real-time integration between our FSL and Oracle ERP systems
• Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize service workflows and tools
• Developing a field service management platform that exemplifies best-in-class standards for our users

The essential job requirements are:

Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification

A Computer Science or Technical Degree or equivalent experience.

At least 3 years of experience with FSL and Salesforce mobile platforms

At least 3 years working with Field Service Lightning

At least 5 years developing Webservice APIs and Lightning Web Component (LWC) development

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Platform User Experience Designer Certification
• Service Cloud experience

The annual salary range for this role is 1$125,000CAD-$135,000CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
