Job summary

Winobell Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Architect/Developer to design, code, and optimize solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools to deliver robust, scalable apps with strong test coverage.

You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and analysts, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and drive integration efforts across enterprise systems while applying best practices in security and data modeling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience (3–5 years).

Job description

Architecture & Development:

• Design, configure, and code robust solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Follow "just enough, just in time" modeling and design patterns supported by our Centers of Excellence (COEs).
• Design with automated testing in mind; ensure unit, integration, and functional test coverage prior to production release.

Collaboration & Delivery:

• Partner with the Product Owner (PO), business analysts, and end users to analyze, scope, and refine requirements.
• Actively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and Definition of Done).
• Participate in peer code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical evaluations.

Integrations & Operations:

• Build and maintain scalable integrations across enterprise platforms using APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Leverage CI/CD pipelines for deployment, version control, and release automation.
• Provide post-deployment production support, system monitoring, issue triaging, and performance tuning.
• Maintain technical documentation to ensure long-term solution sustainability.

Requirements

1. Professional Experience & Education

Education:College Diploma (DEC), Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

Experience:3 to 5 yearsof hands‑on Salesforce development and administration experience.

Industry Experience:Background in Financial Services, Dealer Services, or Insuranceis strongly preferred.

2. Technical Core Competencies (Mandatory)

• Deep experience configuring and customizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)and Experience Cloud.
• Thorough understanding of the Salesforce data model, standard/custom objects, sharing architecture, and relationship modeling.
• Strong hands‑on coding experience in Apex(Triggers, Batch Apex, Asynchronous Apex, REST/SOAP services).

Front-End Development:

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce front‑end frameworks (Lightning Web Components / Aura).

Software Engineering Best Practices:

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)and SOLID design principles.
• Working knowledge of application security protocols and authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID).
• Experience with relational databases and query languages (e.g., SOQL, SOSL, SQL / SQL Server).

Tools & DevOps:

• Version control using Git.
• Development IDE: Visual Studio Code(with Salesforce Extensions / SFDX).
• Familiarity with Agile tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).

Proven experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)patterns and standards.

Experience building and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs.

Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)and asynchronous messaging patterns.

4. Assets & Nice-to-Haves

• Hands‑on experience with Data 360and Agentforce / Einstein AI.
• Experience with middleware/iPaaS platforms, particularly MuleSoft.
• Experience with event-streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azurecloud computing, containerization (Docker), or virtualization tools.
• Active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional).
