Job summary

HRbrain Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build on the Financial Services Cloud and Lightning platform. You will collaborate with architects and business partners to implement CRM capabilities and drive business value across the platform.

Join an agile lab applying DevOps/SRE practices to deliver the CRM Advisor Platform of the future. 3 days per week in office in Toronto region, with hybrid work options and continuous learning in Salesforce technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web-based application design/developer experience or full-stack development.
• 2+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development using Salesforce.com.
• Hands-on experience with the Lightning platform including Apex coding, Aura framework, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Platform Events and Salesforce Data Model.
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform and its architecture and product suite including Sales & Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
• Technical background with web development technologies like Java, .Net, HTML, XML, JSP and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems using APIs, UI frameworks and event based integration patterns.
• Design and development experience using Agile.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I (PDI).
• Experience implementing CRM solutions in the financial sector.
• Keeping up-to-date on Salesforce trends and best practices related to technical designs.
• Engaged in the broader Salesforce Community.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps best practices and tools including Jenkins, AutoRABIT and Gearset.
• Experience with ETL tools (Datastage) & OCP.
• Advanced analytical and reasoning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership and direction to maximize our CRM transformation with the Salesforce platform.

• Actively contribute in any team discussions, value add by sharing experiences or providing technical know-how to the team best leverage the out of the box capabilities.
• Support in DevOps development and process efficiencies.
• Stay current on Salesforce’s development platform and implement Salesforce development best practices.
