Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in financial systems configuration and front-end customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and integrate seamlessly with financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or other financial modules.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and Flows to enhance the UI / UX.
• Implement custom objects, page layouts, workflows, and automation using declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
• Optimize and configure front-end components to improve usability and performance.
• Work with APIs, REST / SOAP , and middleware tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi) to integrate Salesforce with financial systems like SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday, or other ERP solutions .
• Ensure smooth data exchange between Salesforce and financial platforms, adhering to compliance and security standards .
• Business Process Optimization :
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement best practices in financial data handling.
• Configure approval processes, account hierarchies, payment workflows, and other finance-related features in Salesforce.
• Work with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud to support financial transactions and reporting.
• Support & Maintenance :
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct performance tuning, and provide ongoing support for Salesforce financial applications.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement necessary updates.
• Document configurations, customizations, and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on financial systems configuration and front-end customization .
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL / SOSL .
• Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Profiles, Roles).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP / financial platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
• Knowledge of financial data structures, transaction handling, payment processing, and reporting in Salesforce.
• Proficiency in API development, REST / SOAP integrations, and middleware tools (Mulesoft, Boomi).
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Financial Services Cloud, CPQ Specialist ) are preferred.
