Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a senior manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Identifying client needs, responding to requests for proposals, and providing estimates for solution development.
  2. Leading teams in creating platform solutions, best practices, and implementation of multiple platform suites of products for financial services clients.
  3. Mentoring the next generation of consultants, providing insights and challenging them to improve.
  4. Identifying, developing, and winning significant bids and pursuits to meet sales targets.
  5. Coaching, guiding, and assisting team members in client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  6. Consulting with account teams and engagement partners on pricing strategies.
  7. Facilitating executive and operational meetings and workshops across various topics.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
  1. Proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions across the full software development lifecycle with at least 5 years of experience.
  2. Minimum of 3 years in a technical architect role, leading complex Salesforce deployments with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  3. Ability to guide development teams on platform technology use, identifying and mitigating technical risks.
  4. Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns, platform-specific limits, and design considerations.
  5. Experience developing/reviewing code on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including risk identification.
  6. Awareness of integration patterns and experience with Salesforce integrations.
  7. Understanding of security models and architecting solutions for security on Salesforce.
  8. Insight into data migration and design trade-offs, including ETL tools.
  9. Awareness of data volume risks and mitigation strategies, and reporting considerations.
Delivery / Technical Skills:
  1. Experience with agile methodologies, SDLC, DevOps practices, and source control management.
  2. Salesforce Architect Certifications (e.g., Application, System, Sharing and Visibility, Integration, Data Architect).
  3. Salesforce Accredited Professional Credentials (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
  4. Proficiency in guiding teams through deployments and troubleshooting, articulating technical trade-offs.
  5. Familiarity with Salesforce design patterns and platform limits.
  6. Experience communicating technical information to stakeholders and end users.
  7. Interest in continuous learning and staying updated with Salesforce advancements.
