As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identifying client needs, responding to requests for proposals, and providing estimates for solution development
- Leading teams in creating platform solutions, best practices, and implementing multiple platform suites of products to enable differentiated solutions for financial services clients
- Mentoring the next generation of consultants, providing insights and challenging them to improve
- Identifying, developing, and winning significant bids and pursuits to meet sales targets
- Supporting internal capability building, including creating assets and accelerators, and supporting training and skill development of your team
- Coaching, guiding, and assisting team members in client meetings, presentations, and proposals
- Consulting with account teams and engagement partners on pricing strategy
- Facilitating executive and operational meetings and workshops across various topics
Experience and skills you’ll use to solve
- Proven track record of shaping and growing multimillion-dollar high-value consulting businesses within Financial Services
- Experience creating asset-led, offering-led, account-centric prospecting, and subsector-specific sales pursuits
- Financial services business acumen with subsector depth (e.g., retail banking, P&C insurance, Asset & Wealth Management, etc.)
- Confidence in leading teams in pre-sales asset engineering and facilitating asset demos in sales pursuits
- Ability to lead complex engagements with multiple stakeholders, including executives and steering committees
- Skill in managing complex deployments, troubleshooting, and articulating delivery trade-offs
- Creative growth mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working directly with clients and managing nuanced messages to senior stakeholders
- Interest in upskilling for a digital world and openness to learning new tools
- Experience with solution delivery lifecycle across methodologies (waterfall, agile, platform-led, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience implementing SaaS platforms like Salesforce, nCino, Amazon Connect, Fenergo, OpenFin
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams blending technical, functional, and industry expertise
- Certifications: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Certification
