As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. Your role includes analyzing client needs, implementing solutions, and offering training and support for effective Salesforce application utilization. Your versatile knowledge will help clients optimize operational efficiency and meet their strategic goals.

Meaningful work you'll be part of

As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying client needs, responding to RFPs, and providing estimates for solutions
  • Leading teams in creating platform solutions, best practices, and implementing multiple platform suites for financial services clients
  • Mentoring the next generation of consultants, providing insights and challenges to improve
  • Developing and winning significant bids to meet sales targets
  • Supporting internal capability building, creating assets, and training teams
  • Guiding team members in client meetings, presentations, and proposals
  • Consulting on pricing strategies with account teams and engagement partners
  • Facilitating executive and operational meetings and workshops
Experience and skills you'll use to solve
  • Proven track record in growing high-value consulting businesses within financial services
  • Experience with asset-led, offering-led, and sector-specific sales pursuits
  • Financial services business acumen across subsectors like retail banking, insurance, asset management, etc.
  • Confidence in leading pre-sales activities and asset demos
  • Ability to lead complex engagements with multiple stakeholders, including executives
  • Skills in managing complex deployments and troubleshooting
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with critical thinking skills
  • Experience working directly with clients and managing nuanced communication
  • Interest in digital trends and learning new tools
  • Experience with various delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, platform-led)
  • At least 5 years of experience with SaaS platforms like Salesforce and others
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional teams
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Certification
