We are seeking a talented Salesforce Consultant to join our Service Cloud practice. You will bring Salesforce project implementations to life by understanding customer needs, designing, developing, QA-ing, and launching solutions. This role offers significant impact and collaboration with our talented team, customers, and Salesforce and AI departments.

You will have the opportunity to:

  1. Work with customers to define requirements, propose, and deliver solutions.
  2. Architect and implement Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning solutions.
  3. Configure Salesforce using point-and-click tools such as Process Builder and Visual Flows.
  4. Leverage Salesforce Platform to create scalable solutions.
  5. Partner with our AI team to develop innovative Salesforce solutions.
  6. Acquire new technical skills, stay updated on Salesforce features, and mentor team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on project experience.
  • 1+ years of Salesforce experience in development or configuration.
  • Understanding of Customer Service and Field Service operations, with experience solving complex use cases.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture.
  • Experience building custom applications, Lightning, Field Service Mobile, Visual Flows, Process Builders, SLAs/Entitlements.
  • Understanding of release management, application lifecycle, deployment best practices, and governance.
  • Client-facing experience in pre-sales, project management, discovery, solution delivery, and enterprise architecture.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Certifications (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service).
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
