Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Consultant to join our Service Cloud team. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions, and collaborate with our AI and Salesforce teams to deliver innovative results.
Key Responsibilities
- Define client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Architect and implement Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning solutions.
- Configure Salesforce using tools like Process Builder and Visual Flows.
- Leverage Salesforce Platform capabilities for scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop innovative Salesforce integrations.
- Stay updated on Salesforce features and mentor team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of project experience in a hands-on role.
- Over 1 year of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration role.
- Knowledge of Customer Service and Field Service operations and complex use cases.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
- Experience with custom applications, Lightning, Visual Flows, and SLAs/Entitlements.
- Understanding of release and deployment management practices.
- Client-facing experience in pre-sales, project management, discovery, and solution delivery.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Attention to detail, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and openness to change.
