We are currently seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst - Remote Canada Role.

Job Function / Day to Day Responsibilities

• Engage with business users at different levels to understand needs and document requirements. Analyze and evaluate these requirements, and recommend solutions/implementations.
• Collaborate with program owners, business partners, IT teams, and application teams to identify, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Develop and maintain project deliverables such as functional specifications, solution design documents, quality plans, and other artifacts; participate in hands-on application configuration/customization.
• Partner with business and solution teams to leverage integration, data warehouse, and business intelligence technologies to meet evolving needs.
• Ensure solutions promote simplification, efficiency, and higher productivity.
• Provide functional leadership during technology upgrades/implementations and liaise with internal business partners.
• Identify test scenarios, develop scripts, and execute testing for system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Test applications to ensure they meet end-user needs.
• Participate in change management activities supporting program rollouts, including UAT, training, and communications.
• Partner with support teams to provide training and technical assistance to end users.
• Participate as a business lead and subject matter expert within Agile scrum teams.

Required Skills/Experience

• 5+ years in a Business Systems Analyst role.
• Experience with Salesforce, Data Cloud, Snowflake, and MuleSoft is a plus.
• Strong background in business process analysis, data modeling, and data quality management.
• IT experience in application development/support.
• Knowledge of API, SOA, ESB concepts and tools (Postman, SOAP UI).
• Experience with real-time system interfaces, application/system testing, and UAT.
• Hands-on SQL experience with tools like Toad and SQL Developer.
• Ability to coordinate and lead solution design, development, and deployment across teams.
• Capability to understand business processes and translate them into requirements.
• Experience in data analysis, extraction, delivery, mappings, and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
