We are currently seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst - Remote Canada Role.

Job Function / Day To Day Responsibilities

• Engage with business users at various levels to understand needs, document requirements, analyze, evaluate, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with program owners, business partners, IT, and application teams to identify, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Develop and maintain project deliverables such as functional specifications, solution design documents, quality plans, and perform application configuration and customization.
• Partner with business and solution teams to leverage integration, data warehouse, and BI technologies to meet evolving needs.
• Ensure solutions promote simplicity, efficiency, and productivity.
• Provide functional leadership during upgrades/implementations and liaise with internal partners.
• Identify test scenarios, develop scripts, and execute testing including UAT.
• Test new or modified applications to ensure they meet user needs.
• Participate in change management activities supporting rollouts, including UAT, training, and communications.
• Partner with support teams to train and assist end users.
• Participate in Agile teams as business lead and SME.

Required Skills / Experience

• 5+ years in a Business Systems Analyst role.
• Experience with Salesforce, Data Cloud, Snowflake, MuleSoft is a plus.
• Strong in business process analysis, data modeling, and data quality management.
• IT background with application development/support experience.
• Knowledge of API, SOA, ESB concepts and tools like Postman, SOAP UI.
• Experience supporting real-time system interfaces.
• Hands-on with databases and SQL tools (Toad, SQL Developer).
• Experience working with both business and technical teams on solution design and deployment.
• Ability to quickly understand and translate business needs into requirements.
• Proficient in documenting functional and non-functional scenarios clearly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
