What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

• Gather business requirements for reporting, leveraging tools like Snowflake and Tableau
• Lead Discovery Workshops and produce AS-IS and TO-BE process flows using Visio or Lucid
• Identify gaps and pain points, transforming requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Conduct Sprint End client demos and collaborate with technical leads, both onshore and offshore
• Support User Acceptance Testing and provide End-User Training

What is Required (Qualifications) :

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce Business Systems Analysis
• Strong background in financial processes and reporting
• Proven experience in data and reporting, including familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle or Workday
• At least 5 years of experience leading major roles in Discovery Workshops
• Proficiency in Agile development methodology and tools like JIRA

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin)
• Experience with multiple system integrations and data field mapping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
