iA Financial Group is seeking a Sales Team Support Specialist in Quebec/Montreal. You will provide end-to-end service to internal sales teams, offering technical and educational support for processes, systems, and products.

The role emphasizes analysis of complex cases, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with senior leaders to improve efficiency. You will design training content, help promote digital tools, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues across multiple business areas.

• College diploma in a relevant field and 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, systems and administrative procedures.
• Excellent understanding of the realities and needs of financial advisors and distribution networks.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills with complex cases.

• Promote use of digital tools and establish structured team support and follow-up.
• Escalate significant issues and contribute to service evolution initiatives.
