About The Role

Clutch seeks a Sales Team Lead for our Pre-Sale Retail Team to manage and scale our advisors. You will work directly with customers and your team to deliver an exceptional experience, lead by example, coach team members, and ensure performance aligns with company goals.

What You’ll Do
  1. Manage high-impact customer interactions, modeling best practices.
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5-6 Pre-Sale advisors, setting expectations and providing feedback.
  3. Partner with leadership to set team goals and strategies.
  4. Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other teams to create seamless workflows.
  6. Act as a cultural ambassador, championing Clutch’s mission and values.
All About You
  1. 1-2 years of leadership experience, preferably in sales or customer service.
  2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle priorities.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Passionate about improving the car-buying experience.
  5. Ownership-oriented and results-driven.
  6. Must work on-site at our Mississauga facility.
  7. Available to work weekends and evenings.
