This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Corporate Sales Representatives in the management of customer accounts.

-Prepare and review quotations and orders
-Monitor quotes, orders, backorders, shipments and installations, communicating their status with sales team and customers
-Track special orders related to rebates, pre-billings, and medication return programs
-Maintain inventory of sample products and prepare sample orders upon request
-Coordinate the creation of newly stocked items and inventory requests
-Prepare sales reports, order forms, and price lists
-Maintain the accuracy of pricing
-Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids for requests for proposal (RFP)
-Assist with the implementation of contracts
-Arrange meetings and events on an as needed basis
-Participate in vendor training sessions as required to maintain product knowledge
-Roles and responsibilities can often be expanded to accommodate changing business conditions and goals to meet the corporate objectives
-Travel may be required upon request
-Completion of Post- Secondary Education in an Administrative or related field of study
-Minimum 1-3 years’ experience with administrative procedures and office duties
-Minimum 1-3 years’ in a customer service role, in healthcare sector preferred
-Minimum 1-3 years’ experience supporting high functioning sales teams
-Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
-Experience with Salesforce an asset
-Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management systems. Salesforce Preferred
-Proficiency with ERP systems, Pronto preferred
-Proficient with Adobe
-Ability to travel provincially
Skills:
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset
-Strong initiative and ability to work proficiently in a team environment as well as independently
-Ability to time manage, remain organized and prioritize work
-Superior attention to detail and accuracy ensuring positive customer outcomes
-Enthusiastic, dependable and action oriented, with keen willingness to learn and improve on existing skill-set
-Knowledgeable about the sales process and commitment to deliver excellent internal and external customer service
-Experience with quotes, proposals and the bidding process
