Pay Range : The pay range for this job is $21.83 - $30.09 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview :

The Sales Floor Leader ensures a memorable customer shopping experience by delivering service excellence, building client relationships, and maintaining our cultural ethos. This role partners with the General Manager / Assistant Manager to develop leadership skills and positively influence the sales team to drive sales.

The responsibilities include :

  • Proactively seeking self-development and engaging in feedback and coaching sessions.
  • Exhibiting pride through positive demeanor, body language, and personal presentation.
  • Participating actively in training programs such as the 5C’s of customer excellence and product knowledge.
  • Supporting new business initiatives to foster a positive team environment.
  • Demonstrating professionalism, integrity, honesty, and respect.
  • Building on personal sales experience to grow into a more effective store leader.
  • Upholding customer service standards and identifying training needs.
  • Developing a proactive clientele through social engagement and relationship skills.
  • Providing value-added services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintaining visual standards and participating in merchandising activities.
  • Demonstrating passion and respect for the product, utilizing product knowledge and selling tools.
  • Achieving personal sales and SPH goals.
  • Handling opening / closing procedures, returns, and exchanges in the absence of a manager.
  • Collaborating with managers on tasks and updates.
  • Managing, mentoring, and coaching the sales team to expand clientele and maximize sales.
  • Supporting daily store operations and communication with management and staff.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge :

  • College Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in high-volume luxury retail.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to promote and maintain an environment aligned with RL’s lifestyle philosophy.
  • Skills in guiding individuals toward goal achievement through negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and staff development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
