Job summary

Mr. lube in Kingston, Ontario is seeking a retail supervisor with 1–2 years of experience to oversee daily store operations and cash handling.

You will supervise 3-4 staff, coordinate schedules, order merchandise, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining inventory controls. The position is full-time, on-site, with 35–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
• Experience supervising 3-4 workers and coordinating schedules.
• Able to manage cash and prepare reports.
