Job summary

Pratts Wholesale Food Service is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to grow Equipment, Smallwares & Janitorial (ES&J) sales across Saskatchewan, based in Regina. Travel provincewide with occasional overnight stays may be required.

You will service existing customers, identify new opportunities, and compete in a dynamic, growth‑oriented market. The role offers a competitive salary with commission, comprehensive benefits, a gas card, and a vehicle/insurance allowance, in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, time management and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with AutoQuotes.
• 3+ years of food service experience; outside sales experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
• Maintain profitability across all ES&J product categories.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and develop new business.
• Visit customer locations to assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and maintain AutoQuotes records.
• Coordinate ES&J deliveries and increase awareness of ES&J offerings.

Pratts Wholesale Food Service is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Specialist to grow our Equipment, Smallwares & Janitorial (ES&J) business within an established customer base. This role services customers throughout Saskatchewan; candidates must reside in Regina, Saskatchewan, and be willing to travel provincewide, including occasional overnight travel.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years' food service experience (restaurant/banquet manager, chef, or ES&J Sales Specialist)
• Previous outside sales experience in the food service industry
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Good computer skills (MS Office); AutoQuotes familiarity preferred
• Newer vehicle in good working order and a valid driver's licence
