Your role:
  • Greet customers warmly and ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Assess customer needs and provide well-informed, specialized advice about products
  • Present merchandise (including demos), emphasize features, and recommend complementary items
  • Contribute to merchandising efforts (displays, visual presentation, labelling, signage)
  • Stay informed of new products and their technical applications
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets
  • Stay updated on promotions and flyers
  • Follow store policies on loss prevention and health and safety
  • Perform related tasks to ensure smooth store operations
What we're looking for:
  • Experience in a similar sales role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills
